The Commercial Commitee was formed to provide benefits specifically developed for members of the Merced County Association of REALTORS® who specialize in commercial properties.  If you would like to become a member of the committee, please contact the Association Office at 725-2165, or contact Chairman Ernie Ochoa at 704-7653.  The committee meets the third Thursday of every month, at 10:00 a.m., at the Association Office.

If you are a member of CRMLS, you can access commercial properties by signing into CRMLS Matrix, clicking on links and then CARETS.  CRMLS currently has over 95,000 members.  It is the largest MLS in the world.

Commercial Connections, previously RCA Report, is published four times annually and distributed to members of the National Association of REALTORS® and commercial real estate industry leaders. To receive the newsletter, update your NRDS information to include commercial interests in the "Field of Business List."

N.A.R. Commercial offers FREE monthly webinars designed to supply members with valuable information to support their business growth and development. These prerecorded webinars address a mix of topics—ranging from sales techniques to marketing and negotiations—that can be applied to commercial real estate or any business.  Current webinars include:  Environmental Impacts on Real Estate; Fundamentals of Commercial Real Estate Overview, and Economic Outlook for Investors and Business Decision Makers.  Click here to link to the webinars.
